As the Canada Brand & Communications Manager, you will lead high‑impact communications for Philips Canada, partnering with senior leaders to shape clear, inspiring narratives, drive meaningful employee engagement, elevate our brand externally, and deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen connection, clarity, and organizational impact.

Your role:

  • Lead integrated internal and external communications across Canada.  Deliver clear, engaging narratives for employees and elevate our brand through strong media relations, strategic storytelling, and effective social media presence.

  • Play a key role in major regional communications moments.  Support the planning and execution of annual kickoffs, town halls, and high‑visibility events that reinforce a cohesive and inspiring employee experience.
  • Guide communication efforts that support organizational transformation and employee engagement.  Help teams understand, navigate, and embrace change while fostering a connected and motivated culture.
  • Apply strong analytical judgment to address sophisticated communications challenges.  Use deep knowledge of organizational priorities to develop solutions that advance business objectives and strengthen overall impact.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in internal/external corporate or agency communications, content creation, brand management, digital marketing, or media and trend analysis.  Experience in healthcare technology in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-government (B2G) environment preferred.
  • Your skills include effectively managing complex communication processes within a matrixed organization, applying strong detail orientation and leveraging multiple platforms and media channels to deliver consistent, high‑quality, and strategic messaging.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Brand Management, or other related fields of study.
  • You’re an effective and influential communicator who engages diverse stakeholder groups with clarity and confidence.  You demonstrate strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, ownership, and a self‑starter mindset, with the ability to lead through influence, collaborate with senior executives and global teams, and craft compelling, audience‑aligned narratives.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
