What you’ll do:
As a Campus Recruiter, you will lead the early‑career recruitment across co‑op and new graduate hiring roles. In this 6-month contract opportunity in Toronto/GTA, you will partner closely with business leaders, HR partners, and external partners to attract, assess, and hire diverse early talent while delivering a consistent and engaging candidate experience.
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for campus and early‑career roles across multiple business units. Supporting other corporate portfolios as required.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: includes pipelining top talent, sourcing passive and active prospects, screening applicants, presenting candidates to hiring managers, coordinating and conducting interviews, advising on candidate selection, extending and negotiating offers, and managing administrative tasks. Maintain accurate candidate records in HRIS system and use recruitment data to track progress and improve outcomes.
Partner with hiring managers and HR to forecast needs, build recruitment plans, and manage equitable assessment processes.
Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student groups, and represent CTC at campus events (virtual and in‑person).
Support the planning and execution of internship and new‑grad programs, including onboarding and engagement activities.
Participate in and support special projects in collaboration with HR Ops, Workday Architecture, and other teams as needed
What you bring:
2–4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with campus, early‑career, or corporate high‑volume hiring
Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles and deadlines simultaneously
Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and other candidate sourcing tools

Our typical hiring range is between $27.00 and $45.00. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
