About the team and the role:

The Global Buying Hub (GBH) team builds seamless, personalised, and locally relevant shopping experiences for eBay buyers across 150+ markets. The team balances global consistency with local market nuances to drive sustainable growth worldwide.

As Campaign Intelligence Manager, you will serve as the analytical engine behind global marketing execution. This role goes beyond reporting results—you will build strategy by transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve campaign performance and support commercial growth targets. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, providing the data foundation for high-impact decisions.

What you will accomplish:

  • Develop data-backed global marketing programs (e.g., Incentives, CRM, Paid Ads, SEO) aligned to commercial objectives such as incremental GMV, new user acquisition, and return on investment.

  • Build and deploy thoroughly detailed audience segments using advanced SQL, managing overlap at scale and identifying high-potential enthusiast segments.

  • Lead end-to-end experimentation by crafting and delivering rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to measure true incremental lift and improve conversion rates.

  • Develop and scale automated dashboards and self-service reporting tools that reduce manual reporting and provide clear, real-time performance insights.

  • Support Weekly Business Reviews by delivering actionable analysis, identifying performance gaps, and recommending data-driven solutions.

  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover growth opportunities, identify emerging market trends, and maintain a consistent, reliable source of truth across reporting.

  • Partner with senior managers and cross-functional collaborators to inform strategic roadmaps and guide high-impact business decisions.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing, business, or data analyst role.

  • Advanced SQL expertise and experience building scalable reporting solutions.

  • Experience building data visualisations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau) that communicate insights clearly to business collaborators.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing performance measurement, including experimentation and incremental lift analysis.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
