About MealSuite
MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. Our mission is to help care teams deliver better dining experiences with less effort. We’re a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care.

About the Role
As MealSuite continues to scale, teams across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations require consistent, well-defined business processes supported by scalable systems. Currently, process changes and system enhancements are limited to current resource capacity and are not adapting to meet MealSuite’s general growth pace.

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to partner with departments to document current-state processes, gather and translate business requirements, and support the design of future-state workflows and system changes. The expected outcome is improved cross-functional alignment, clearer requirements for system enhancements, reduced rework, and more scalable, well-governed business systems.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with departments to document current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain process documentation, system requirements, and change logs to support governance and knowledge sharing.
  • Support testing, validation, and rollout of system and process changes, including user enablement and documentation.
  • Establish a standardized framework for intake, prioritization, and documentation of system and process change requests.

What You Bring

  • Experience documenting business processes and system requirements in a growing, evolving environment where processes are still being defined.
  • Strong understanding of business systems concepts (CRM, ERP, SalesForce, ZenDesk).
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments and change management practices is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting system or process change initiatives in a SaaS or technology-enabled organization.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
Unlimited paid time off – yeah, you read that right! We trust our employees to build their own version of balance so they can feel rejuvenated to bring their best every day.

  • Retirement savings support – we invest in your future with RRSP/401(k) matching at 100% up to 3%, because long-term security matters just as much as day-to-day balance.
  • Health benefits – this includes day one medical, dental, and vision options, life & disability insurance, and paid maternity and parental leave.
  • Hybrid flexibility – we value the collaboration, mentorship and learning that come from physically working next to one another, as well as the benefits that remote work can offer.
  • Work-life balance – this is supported by the fact that more than 90% of current employees agree that their leader supports their wellbeing.
  • Participation in our equity program – we’d love for you to share in MealSuite’s success as we continue to grow!
  • Opportunities for career development and advancement – we support our employees in pursuing and achieving their professional goals.
  • Purposeful work with a positive community impact – more than 90% of our North American employees agree that the company’s purpose aligns with their personal values. Learn more about our values at mealsuite.com/careers.
