Looking for an exciting opportunity to drive process improvements and make an impact? As a Lean Business/Process Analyst, you will analyze data, uncover opportunities, and help optimize processes across the Distribution Centre. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and create smarter, more efficient ways of working.

This is an on-site role at our Brampton distribution center.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes

  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles such as FMEA, process mapping, value stream mapping to find optimization opportunities in existing business processes

  • Gather project requirements by working with other members of the Lean team and other stakeholders.

  • Perform detailed root cause and data analysis on performance metrics across services

  • Identify areas of possible system improvement to enhance overall business performance, accounting for budgetary concerns and business goals

  • Support implementation of business solutions and carryout necessary practices and processes

  • Oversee the effectiveness of enterprise business processes and performance enterprise systems

  • Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level

  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or equivalent would be considered an asset

  • Detail oriented with the ability to think critically and deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • 2 years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.

  • Knowledge in Agile project management – familiar with Jira and Confluence

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Experience with change management and process adoption

Annualized Compensation Range

$58,824.00 - $61,920.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
