Job Description:
The Business Partner, Tech Finance will work closely with the budget owners to support cost control and project administrative accounting. This position plays a vital role in efficiently managing financial and contractual costs by providing essential administrative and accounting assistance across various departments.
What you’ll be doing:

Support the preparation of financial reports, tracking department/project costs, and maintaining accurate records.

Liaise with internal Technology teams and Finance to ensure clear understanding of cost allocations.

Assist with the circulation and processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms and internal allocations.

Perform additional administrative tasks to support Technology Managers and Finance department as needed.

Prepare general ledger transactions:
o Journal entries
o Recurring entries
o Accruals
o Allocation of prepaid expenses

Perform monthly budget/actuals reconciliations
What we’re looking for:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of accounting experience; entry-level experience in project accounting or related administrative support is preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software (experience with SAP is a plus)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of Financial accounting procedures and processes.

Experience in the entertainment industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
