This role is designed for a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will support the EVP of Business Operations and broader team by helping support day-to-day workflows, coordinating priorities, and ensuring operational tasks move forward smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and contributing to execution while continuing to grow their operational skill set.

For this role, you will be required to be in office a minimum of 3 days a week. Our office is located at:

Responsibilities:

Operational Support

  • Support the daily operational queue by helping triage and assign internal and client requests.
  • Assist with documenting and improving workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times and SLA adherence.
  • Identify process and knowledge gaps helping create and maintain SOP documentation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership as needed.

Scoping and Deal Support

  • Assist in preparing proposals (RFPs, RFIs) and basic scoping documentation.
  • Support and help lead the operational response to new deals and client requests.
  • Translate client requirements into internal execution plans and documentation for successful execution.
  • Maintain scoped service documentation and ensure handoffs to delivery teams are organized and teams are fully aligned.

Project Coordination

  • Track project backlogs and help coordinate resources cross-functionally  with the team.
  • Support execution of multiple project scopes and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Communicate timelines and dependencies to internal stakeholders.
  • Gather materials and coordinate internal resources for initiatives directed by Operations leadership.

Data, Reporting, and Process Improvement

  • Track operational KPIs and assist with reporting and dashboards.
  • Support post-project reviews and document improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining knowledge repositories and process documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Finance, Strategy, BD, and Client Services to gather information and support operational alignment.
  • Participate in weekly operational check-ins and provide status updates.

Learning & Team Enablement

  • Support onboarding and training documentation for team members.
  • Share best practices and assist with process education and adherence across teams.
  • Learn and help apply AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, PMO, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with project tracking, backlog management, and operational workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with basic metrics and reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in AI tools and workflow automation is a plus.
This role has an annual salary range of CAD $60,000 to $80,000 
 
This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.

Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria.

Compensation progression is tied to demonstrated performance, expanded scope, and sustained contribution over time, not tenure alone. Employee compensation is reviewed regularly through formal performance reviews and check-ins to ensure alignment with role expectations and impact.
