As a Scrum Master for the Digital Strategy and Operations Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices, driving cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing delivery outcomes across our innovative digital and data Products. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise in agile and Scrum to shape the future of healthcare solutions on a global scale.

We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to promote agile principles and Scrum practices across the team and organization. Foster a collaborative environment that enables teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

Facilitate Team Performance

  • Coach, mentor, and guide team members to maximize performance by leading through example, continuous improvement, and agile maturity. Proactively identify blockers and empower teams to resolve them.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Use data-driven insights to drive retrospectives and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Support the adoption of tools and frameworks to improve team dynamics, speed, and quality.

Take accountability through ownership

  • Develop a culture of accountability and ownership of the product that the team is focusing on and ensure the target for development is the desired outcome, not simply meeting a deadline for the sake of it

Enhance Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage expectations, establish priorities, and ensure clear communication across teams. Bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives with a focus on delivering value.

Cultivate Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Bridge gaps across various functions by aligning team goals with organizational priorities. Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to enhance alignment and engagement.

Drive Outcomes and Program Management

  • Leverage agile methodologies to ensure program activities align with strategic goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Monitor and report on progress, ensuring transparency and accountability in meeting objectives. Establish clear metrics and KPIs to track success and continuously refine practices to achieve optimal results.

About You

Proven Agile Expertise

  • 5-7 years of experience in agile frameworks (AWS, Azure, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with a deep understanding of Scrum principles. Proven ability to guide and coach agile teams, ideally in a complex, large-scale environment.

Leadership in Complex Environments

  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and a track record of delivering high-impact projects within large, matrixed organizations or consulting firms.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve team metrics, uncover inefficiencies, and implement changes that drive meaningful outcomes.

Communication and Influence

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence without authority and foster buy-in for agile practices at all levels.

Agile Certifications

  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or SAFe are preferred but not mandatory.

Why Choose Us

  • Join Sanofi’s global Digital and Technology team and be part of a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth. We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a commitment to work-life balance.
  • Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.

  • Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.

  • Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.

  • Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs
