We’re optimizing how our go-to-market, product and tech teams plan, execute, and review strategic work. We focus on making planning smarter, execution tighter and reviews more actionable - all in service of shipping better experiences to millions of buyers and sellers. As the Business Operations and Planning Manager, you will help shape our organizational plans and deliver against our most critical priorities. You will be central to supporting company-wide planning efforts, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring our most important initiatives are implemented optimally.

What You Will Accomplish

In this role, you’ll work across key planning activities, including strategic planning , execution planning coordination, and business performance tracking. Your work will contribute to improving alignment, transparency, and delivery confidence across multiple high-impact initiatives. Your work will ensure that strategic goals are translated into coordinated action and measurable results across the company and for our customers.

This role will be accountable for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of planning and business reviews across key areas:

Strategic and Execution Planning:
  • Support the execution of company-wide planning cycles by coordinating timelines, maintaining planning templates and tracking key deliverables
  • Collaborate with key internal leaders o ensure planning inputs (e.g., priorities, scope, resource needs) are collected and integrated in a structured way
  • Help maintain planning documentation and process guides to support consistency across teams
  • Assist in organizing cross-functional workshops, alignment sessions, and working sessions with key partners
Business Performance and Tracking:
  • Assist in preparing materials for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews (WBRs, MBRs) at leadership level
  • Maintain dashboards and portfolio trackers that monitor initiative status, achievements, and risks
  • Partner with analytics and finance teams to compile and analyze data that informs planning cycles and improves decision making
  • Identify patterns or gaps in reporting to support continuous improvement
What You Will Bring
  • 5-8 years experience in corporate planning, business operations, portfolio/program management in a technology company, or a major consulting firm required
  • Strong project coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
  • A data-driven approach and comfort with tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Tableau, Smartsheet)
  • Familiarity with how product development and go-to-market teams operate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing decks, portfolio reporting and trackers, and meeting notes
  • Proactive, team-oriented mentality with an eagerness to learn and improve processes
  • A systems-thinker with strong instincts for structure, process, and governance
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and influence without authority
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and resilient in fast-paced environments

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

C$110,000 - C$146,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
