  • Build reusable routines for collaborative reporting and company-wide analytics enablement.

Build and Optimize Data Solutions

  • Design and maintain robust data models for consistent and accurate representation across business domains.
  • Transform raw data into structured datasets using ETL tools and best practices.
  • Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights.
  • Ensure ongoing optimization and performance tuning of Power BI solutions.

Data Analysis & Business Insight Delivery

  • Perform deep data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Construct predictive and descriptive analytics models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Translate technical findings into business-friendly insights to drive value creation and efficiency.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and leadership to deliver visibility into company and portfolio-level performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

  • Work closely with business users, portfolio company teams, and internal departments to gather and translate data needs into technical solutions.
  • Train and support end-users in navigating and utilizing Power BI dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Support deal execution teams by contributing to financial modeling, diligence activities, and performance tracking of portfolio companies.

Support Private Equity-Specific Data Needs

  • Understand the private equity investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to post-investment monitoring.
  • Provide analytics support for investment decisions, deal execution, and operational improvements across portfolio companies.
  • Drive insights to support value creation planning, portfolio monitoring, and board reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in building data models and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Datameer, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Familiarity with private equity (PE) or venture capital (VC) operations.
  • Background in financial modeling or deal analysis.
  • Automation skills using Python or PySpark.
