The BDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging with prospects, and nurturing relationships to support the sales pipeline. Someone who can give clear examples of researching companies/personas and penetrating a new industry they may not be familiar with, also outlining current KPI’s to reach their targets.
Please note that while this role is fully remote, you must reside in either EST or CST in Canada.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Must have cold outreach experience (cold calling, emailing, etc.)
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- The capacity to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth in the sales field.
