We are an innovative team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence. We’ve been listed as one of Forbes's best start-up employers, and named on the WealthTech100 list for 2024. We are looking for a high-energy, resourceful, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing inside sales team. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and initiating contact with prospective business clients (B2B), mapping out their business challenges, and qualifying them for our Sales Executives.

What You’ll be Doing:
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic cold outreach through phone calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn messages to source new business opportunities.
  • Inbound Qualification: Rapidly follow up with, educate, and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect's pain points, business goals, and budget, ensuring they match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Meeting Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for booking high-quality introductory meetings for our Sales team.
  • CRM Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and pipeline activities within Salesforce/HubSpot.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively handle objections.
Must Haves:
  • Experience: 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (Finance, Technology, or call center background). Prior BDR/SDR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone and engaging business executives.
  • Resilience & Grit: A thick skin and a positive attitude. You view "no" as just one step closer to a "yes."
  • Coachability: A strong desire to learn, adapt quickly to feedback, and constantly improve your sales skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern sales tools (Claude, Gemini, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a huge advantage.

What It’s Like To Work With Us:

  • Culture: It’s fun, rewarding, fast-paced - and we build cool stuff, too!
  • Vacation: 4 weeks of vacation in addition to a company wide shutdown between Christmas and New Year
  • Flexibility: A flexible & hybrid working environment
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Group Health, Dental and Vision Benefit Plan right from the start
  • Equity: Employee Stock Option Purchase Plan
