We are seeking a high-performing, self-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote, permanent role suited for an entrepreneurial professional with a solid background in recruitment and business development.  

You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from sourcing leads and prospecting, to managing client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions. Success in this role is directly tied to your initiative, network, and ability to close deals.

What You'll Do:
  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Talent Acquisition and Procurement contacts

  • Develop your own sales pipeline and manage the recruitment process

  • Leverage your existing book of business to drive immediate revenue would be an asset

  • Work independently in a remote setting while meeting sales targets and client needs

Who You Are:
  • Experienced in B2B sales and recruitment (agency or corporate)

  • A skilled negotiator with excellent communication and relationship management skills

  • A true self-starter who thrives in a commission-driven environment

  • Comfortable generating leads and managing clients end-to-end

  • Experienced working remotely and managing your own schedule

  • Bonus: You have an established network or book of business in IT or Engineering
