Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an Business Development Manager focus on Azeus Products (Focus ESG), you will play a key role in driving market expansion, forming strategic partnerships, and supporting clients in their ESG reporting and digital transformation journey. This role requires a strong understanding of ESG reporting landscape, regulatory trends, and a proactive approach to building relationships with corporates, regulators, and ecosystem partners.

Requirements
  • Identify market opportunities, develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue target
  • Build strategic partnerships with related parties in ecosystem i.e. consulting firms, regulatory bodies, industry associations, government organization, etc. to activate potential collabolation either referral, reseller, marketing or strategic partners.
  • Support end-to-end business development lifecycle: from lead generation and solution pitching to proposal development and deal closing
  • Gather market update, share market insight, collaborate with the relates team to ensure client feedback is integrated into roadmap and delivery.
  • Join as a participant / Speaker and Represent brand at the forums, seminar, conference, webinars, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with Country Manager, Regional Head, Marketing and TH Team to align strategies with market needs.
  • Report sales metrics, market insights, and client feedback regularly to the Country Manager and Regional Management.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic roles, preferably in ESG, sustainability, or corporate governance.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology sector is a plus.
  • ESG background is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture a channel/community.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent networking, event joining and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and results-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create trust and engage mid-level to C-suite directors
  • Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment
  • Thailand (Thai Native speaking with fluent in English)
