As the member of Fraud Operation Team, you will facilitate and streamline the process of reviewing, managing, and assigning referrals related to various sources, including FLCM, email, ECRM and credit bureau portals. As the business analyst, you act as a central point of coordination and management in the processing of referrals, ensuring that they are directed to the right personnel, schedules are maintained effectively, and necessary reports are generated to support managerial decisions.

How You’ll Succeed
- Referral review and response- Responsible for thoroughly reviewing incoming referrals, which may involve scrutinizing financial data, transaction history, or other relevant information. Assess the completeness and accuracy of the referrals and promptly respond by either requesting additional information or redirecting the case to the appropriate area or by creating the file.
- Reporting- Generate and share reports with managers. These reports provide insights into the status of referrals, highlighting any overdue cases and aiding in decision making regarding resource allocation, prioritization, and process improvements.
- Analytical - Handle difficult or unusual problems or requests, analyzing the issue and deciding upon the most appropriate solution.
- Communication - Articulate facts and recommendations clearly when presenting instructions, ideas and solutions utilizing strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Contact internal/external partners to discuss/clarify problems and obtain additional information and/or confirm resolution of the problem.
- Teamwork- Prioritize, organize workload and coordinate activities of the team by collaborating to ensure deadlines are met and pending items are reviewed regularly.
- Technical - Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to work with Spreadsheets and formulas.
