- Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end solutions, contribute to design decisions, and actively manage scope creep
- Identify and escalate roadblocks, propose mitigations, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Gather and document functional requirements as user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, supporting sprint planning and delivery readiness
- Collaborate closely with developers and product strategy teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Coordinate with the Project Manager on timelines, dependencies, and delivery planning
- Support workstreams to ensure consistency and alignment
- Perform testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), logging issues and validating fixes
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in capital markets or corporate/investment banking
- Proven ability to own a workstream, manage scope, and drive decisions
- Hands-on experience writing user stories and working in Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
- Experience in Capital Markets
- Experience with workflow automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience using Jira and Microsoft 365 tools
