Nomad is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team! The Business Analyst will manage various operational tasks while ensuring efficient communication and support for our clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Business Analyst will help streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

About You:
You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency. You have excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your ability to work with various systems and communicate effectively ensures smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. You are eager to learn and grow into the best version of yourself!
Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute detailed reports to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct verification of invoice counts for client approval, maintaining high standards of precision.
- Document and streamline processes across multiple operational systems to enhance efficiency.
- Manage remote issuance of fuel cards and creation of client accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding.
- Execute follow-ups on emails and sales calls to maintain and improve client relationships.
- Maintain and update Excel dashboard files to track and report key operational metrics.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any issues to ensure high service standards.
- Handle ad-hoc requests, including resolving driver management issues, generating specialized reports, and assisting drivers at fuel stations.
- Liaise with software vendors to address and resolve system-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with excel (sum formulas, pivot tables, filters)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
