ADAPTOVATE is a management consulting firm that helps organisations build the capability to adapt, innovate, and lead in dynamic markets. Our work spans the full journey from strategy to execution. We help clients design the right future state and operating model and then work alongside them through the change required to make it real, combining strategic advisory with hands-on coaching and enablement.

We are a certified Great Place to Work, with a genuine commitment to the growth, development, and wellbeing of our people.

As an Analyst, you will work as part of consulting teams to solve complex business problems, support strategic transformation, and help clients turn ideas into practical outcomes.

This is a high-exposure role for someone early in their consulting career who is intellectually curious, highly analytical, comfortable working with ambiguity, and excited about how AI and emerging technologies are changing the way organisations work.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and client teams, building your capability across strategy, transformation, problem-solving, client delivery, and AI-enabled ways of working.

What will you be doing?
  • Conduct market, industry, competitor, organisational, and operational research to support client engagements.
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative information and turn findings into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Support the structuring of complex business problems and help break them into practical areas for analysis and action.
  • Contribute to strategy, operating model, process improvement, transformation, and change engagements.
  • Support the identification and assessment of AI and emerging technology opportunities within client organisations.
  • Research and evaluate practical Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases relevant to client challenges.
  • Help build business cases, implementation roadmaps, process maps, operating models, and transformation plans.
  • Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows and process improvements.
  • Prepare high-quality client presentations, reports, workshop materials, data analysis, and executive-ready documentation.
  • Participate in client interviews, workshops, working sessions, and project meetings.
  • Capture key insights, decisions, risks, and actions and help translate discussions into clear next steps.
  • Support project delivery by tracking milestones, actions, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables.
  • Work closely with consultants and project leads to ensure client outputs are accurate, practical, and delivered to a high standard.
  • Build relationships with client team members and contribute positively to the overall client experience.
  • Support capability-building activities that help clients adopt new tools, processes, AI-enabled ways of working, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to ADAPTOVATE's internal research, thought leadership, knowledge development, and development of new consulting capabilities.
What is ADAPTOVATE looking for?
  • Typically 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, analytics, technology, operations, or another high-performance business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through unfamiliar and complex problems in a structured way.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to quickly understand new industries, organisations, and business models.
  • Strong attention to detail while still being able to understand the broader business context.
  • Confidence working with data and drawing meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, logically, and professionally.
  • Ability to create high-quality presentations and documents that communicate complex ideas in a simple and compelling way.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, demonstrated through action. You may have built something, automated a workflow, experimented with AI tools, developed an AI-enabled process, or explored the technology beyond basic productivity use.
  • An interest in understanding how Generative AI and Agentic AI can be applied to real business problems and create measurable value.
  • A strong learning mindset and willingness to quickly develop new skills across industries, technologies, and consulting disciplines.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback, asking thoughtful questions, and working closely with more experienced team members.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking initiative rather than waiting for every step to be defined.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to contribute in client-facing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Data, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, data visualisation platforms, AI tools, Microsoft environments, or cloud technologies is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
What does ADAPTOVATE offer?
  • Full-time employment contract
  • A generous EVP budget to support personal wellbeing, professional growth, training, or visits to our offices globally, including Singapore, Australia, the US, Poland, and the UK
  • Extended healthcare coverage for employees and eligible family members
  • Life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
  • RRSP with employer contributions
  • A dynamic, professional, global, and diverse work environment
  • A clearly outlined career path tailored to individual aspirations, with a dedicated internal Career Development Advisor to support your growth
  • Hybrid work model
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee Referral Program

At ADAPTOVATE, Analysts are not simply there to take notes or build slides. You will be expected to think critically, contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and develop quickly through real client exposure.

If you are curious, ambitious, analytically strong, and excited about the intersection of management consulting, transformation, and AI, we would love to hear from you.

ADAPTOVATE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
