Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced BAs with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.


Responsibilities 

  • Experience working within Financial Services/Capital Markets as a Business Analyst
  • In-depth knowledge of liquidity risk within treasury, with a strong understanding of cash management, intra-day liquidity, liquidity risk measurement, and asset-liability management (ALM)
  • Prior experience working with concepts such as liquidity buffers, stress testing, and liquidity ratios (e.g., LCR) is preferred.Strong core Business Analyst skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis. Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and treasury teams, translating complex liquidity data into actionable insights. Experience writing clear business documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and reports.
  • Previous experience includes end-to-end delivery of treasury or liquidity projects, from business case creation to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination. Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and producing clear, actionable outputs is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to work in agile delivery environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Familiarity with agile tools like JIRA or Confluence, and a strong track record of delivering in iterative, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel for liquidity analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation), and familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to operate independently. Experience leading teams is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong academic background (degree level or similar) with relevant experience in liquidity risk and treasury functions.

Show Us What You’ve Got 

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience: 

  • 5+ years Business Analysis experience specializing in Financial Crime in a regulatory environment 
  • Knowledge of Cash Flow Forecasting, Liquidity Risk Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, Common Risk Indicators
  • Ability to create Business Cases 
  • Experience with creation of EPICs, and writing of User Stories to align with the project plan and scope 
  • Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage
  • Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as others across the team/department
  • Track record of developing and bringing innovative solutions to problems
  • Ability to work across other related roles, for example Product Owner, as required
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Financial Industry experience
