We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to partner with our business systems team, particularly on critical Salesforce Integrations projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our Salesforce platform is effectively integrated with other business systems to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Emburse leverages numerous tools including, but not limited to, Marketo, Zendesk, Docusign, Ironclad, LeanData, Demandbase, Data Cloud/Tableau, BillingPlatform, Clari, Ownbackup, Spiff, and Zoominfo.

What you'll do:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Integration Design: Partner with business stakeholders, team members, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deploy solutions according to business requirements
  • Testing & Validation: Write and perform tests against configuration and integrations where needed.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement through integration with Salesforce. Document existing processes and recommend optimized workflows
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration and data integration efforts, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems. Develop data mapping transformation rules for Salesforce Integrations
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new integrations and features. Create user documentation and training materials as needed
  • System Security: Adhere to governance processes including, but not limited to, development life cycles, change management, release planning, testing, and delivery
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and integration tools. Recommend and implement improvement to existing integrations to enhance system performance and user experience

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree
  • 5+ years working as a Business Analyst on Salesforce-related projects required
  • Ability to work independently, perform impact analysis, and participate in basic DevOps deployment processes
  • Experience supporting integrations with a marketing automation platform and other operational tools supporting post-sales initiatives
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of Excel to support data analysis & quality initiatives
  • Outstanding testing skills with the ability to identify & execute appropriate depth of testing, including negative tests and integrated test scenarios
  • Skilled in providing end-user support and the ability to create technical documentation
  • Ability to prioritize work according to business needs and independently manage tasks to completion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with team members, leadership, and business partners
  • Passion for delivering quality solutions and operational stability
  • Collaborative team player
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ preferred
  • Business Analyst Certification preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Platform App Builder is a plus
