Business Analyst with Power Platform and ServiceNow Expertise
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Power Platform and ServiceNow.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proficient in Power Platform and ServiceNow tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT, compliance, and business stakeholders
Preferred:
- Certification in Power Platform and ServiceNow.
