Responsibilities
Business Analysis
• Lead and perform end-to-end business analysis activities across client engagements
• Support documentation of user stories, process flows, data mappings, BRDs, use cases, and traceability matrices
• Participate in planning, reporting, and presentation preparation for internal and client-facing deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues across projects
Power BI & Tableau Reporting
•Build dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau, applying visual best practices
• Develop key performance indicators and insights that enable strategic decision-making
• Document data sources and processes comprehensively
Tableau-Specific Skills
• Expertise in Table Calculations, LOD Expressions, Calculated Fields
• Familiarity with Tableau Server, Tableau Online, Tableau Prep
• Knowledge of Tableau JavaScript API (a plus)
Power BI-Specific Skills
• Proficiency in DAX and development of Power BI queries and scripts
• Understanding of various Power BI environments (Embedded, Pro, Premium)
• Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR
Required Education
• Related university degree or equivalent experience
• CBAP, PMP, or other relevant certifications (e.g., data/technology credentials)
Mandatory Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and analyzing Power BI and Tableau reports

• Effective at building relationships and working with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills
• Results-driven, flexible, and collaborative
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to personal and professional growth
Desirable Skills
• Experience gathering data requirements and collaborating with data teams
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Background in technology advisory or consulting
• Project management experience
