We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join Element Fleet Management.   As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners and internal stakeholders to gather/document complex requirements, create/refine user stories, and support testing. The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, evaluating, understanding, and communicating business requirements involved in developing new or modifying and ongoing support of existing enterprise business applications.

A Day in the Life   

  • Participate in system requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide business applications working on multiple programs/systems simultaneously
  • Work closely with Business to understand their gaps & requirements to improve client/user experience through leading requirements gathering sessions/meetings with functional business subject matter experts
  • Document the results of analysis activities using the appropriate templates and tools
  • Make recommendations and influence outcomes regarding necessary changes on deliverables expected from other groups
  • Initiate and work closely with other development groups to ensure an integrated business solution

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong technical background & experience with SDLC, Tech. requirements
  • Proficiency in JIRA, confluence
  • Nice to have- CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional)

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 - $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
