Title: Business Analyst II
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Business Analyst II is an experienced professional responsible for overseeing technical projects and ensuring their successful execution. This role involves managing project deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to complex technical tasks within large-scale initiatives.
- Acts as the project lead for technically focused customer initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client requirements
- Acts as a technical resource on a project team responsible for analyzing, designing, and configuring business processes
- Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify customer requirements.
- Elicits and documents detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring clarity for implementation, and develops and maintains comprehensive business requirements to guide the project team.
- Transitions the requirements and use cases to the technical team and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Manage integration projects between DCLC and core systems to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to enhance security and user experience.
- Proficient in using Postman for API testing, integrating APIs, working with Microsoft Logic Apps, and writing SQL queries Performs other related duties and activities as required.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
- Bachelor’s degree required, or higher education level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in area with analytic emphasis
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in a similar role
- Experience interfacing with customers, including customer presentations
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience in requirements gathering, identifying gaps, estimating, implementation, test planning and execution, and User Acceptance Testing definition and execution
- Experience translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for assembly, product, and user acceptance testing
- Experience/knowledge of Loss Control Insurance software applications
- Experience/knowledge of software development life cycle for Loss Control insurance software
WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW:
- Travel: 25-50%
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
