SUMMARY: The Affinity Group Client Manager is responsible for working with clients to develop sales and marketing strategies and working closely with our sales representatives to provide knowledge.  This position is deeply knowledgeable with accounts and builds and maintains close relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Clients to develop sound sales and marketing strategies for their respective markets.
  • Communicate sales strategies to the respective sales reps
  • Train and provide product knowledge to our sales reps
  • To determine selling and contract pricing for clients
  • To participate in various product demonstrations and in-house promotions both at the distributor and end-user levels.
  • To build an excellent rapport and mutual business relationship with Clients
  • To analyze and review monthly Client sales reports with management and determine the necessary course of action
  • To participate and provide input for various distributor and food related trade shows
  • To assist our sales reps to reach sales and budget projections

The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • College or University preferred
  • Experience working with Foodservice Distributors
  • Ability to execute and follow through a sales plan.
  • A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Adept at building trust and credibility
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Works well with teams and has strong motivational skills
  • Strong problem solving and strategic planning skills
  • Using the CRM System daily
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a car
