Salary

The base salary range for this role, based in Toronto is $86,000 - $107,000, During the interview process, we take the time to understand your experience and skills and ensure your base salary is aligned fairly with the role’s responsibilities and with internal peers. Our goal is to offer a package that reflects the value you bring to the team.

Hybrid

We offer a hybrid work model designed to give you the best of both worlds—flexibility and meaningful in-person connection. You’ll spend three days a week with us at our Corby Office, (225 King St. W. Toronto) where you can collaborate, learn, and feel part of a supportive community, while still enjoying the freedom to work remotely on other days.

Position Summary:

Join us as a Brand Manager and take the lead in bringing to life the growth strategy for our Champagne, Sparkling, and Ungava Spirits Co. portfolio — including Perrier-Jouët, G.H. Mumm, Martell, Ungava, Chic Choc, and Cabot Trail.

What you’ll do

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated 360° marketing programs across retail, on-premise, media, public relations, sponsorships, and experiential channels.
  • Partner with agency teams to create breakthrough campaigns, artwork, and point-of-sale materials that stand out in a competitive market.
  • Support regional marketing activation, adapting brand programs to key provincial markets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing on retail programming, category management, activity calendars, sponsorships, events, and training.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed to the highest standards and deliver measurable impact.

Brand Planning & Insights

  • Contribute to the development of annual brand plans and reviews with the Senior Brand Manager.
  • Partner with Sales to commercialize marketing strategies across Canada.
  • Work with Consumer Insights to identify opportunities that unlock growth and manage key brand research projects.
  • Monitor brand and competitive performance, including pricing, distribution, and promotional activities, and provide clear, actionable reporting.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage brand A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets, ensuring accurate allocation, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, summarizing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Share evaluation results with stakeholders and recommend strategic next steps to optimize return on investment.

  • Planning and Organizing: Strong prioritization and time management skills, stays focused on the most important tasks, good ability to determine key tasks and resources, great attention to detail and accuracy

Required qualifications.

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy development, campaign execution, and budget management.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Experience working with the Québec market.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
