Job Description :

Reporting to the Chapter Lead, Communications, this strategic role oversees customer communications for Cogeco and Breezeline across North America.

The candidate will participate in developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies to enhance engagement and loyalty. This role involves creating data-driven, multi-channel communications in collaboration with various teams in an Agile environment. They will also ensure brand alignment by maintaining consistency in positioning and tone across all launches and communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development of advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Manage the creation and deployment of brand campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.

  • Develop end-to-end communications that are personalized and aligned with marketing strategies while ensuring brand consistency.

  • Develop multi-touchpoint communication strategies to promote various programs or products to customers.

  • Analyze customer data, segment audiences, and create targeting strategies to achieve key organizational performance indicators.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery processes and ensure continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

  • Develop plans, tracking documents, and campaign frameworks to effectively manage programs and keep project team members informed.
     

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar marketing role.

  • Experience in telecommunications is an asset.

  • Experience in brand management, multi-channel campaigns and marketing projects.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

  • Passion for the customer experience, understanding the importance of branding and different touchpoint sequences.

  • Manage complex transformation projects from the ground up (data collection, briefing, execution, tracking, optimization).

  • Superior strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and good decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and French, as well as negotiation skills to work effectively with internal and external partners inside and outside of Quebec.

  • Ability to effectively synthesize and simplify complex situations.

  • Independent and creative problem-solver, action-oriented, and motivated by results.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask within tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of an agile environment an asset
