-          Seasoned XML Developer who knows the ins and outs of the BMC Atrium Orchestrator

-          Must know Development Studio and should be able to code in XML Must know XPath/XSLT

-          They will need to be able to create these work-flows independently with minimal direction in BAO.

-          Worked as Run Book Tool Administrator to perform maintenance and support activities.

-          Worked on developing Workflows integrated either with other BMC tools.

-          Providing support for existing workflows/enhancement requests.

-          Creating Documents for Workflow Development Lifecycle.

-          Creating Adapters for Third Party Tools/Systems (not supported OOB by the tool).
