About The Role

As a BizOps Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations team while gaining invaluable hands-on FinTech experience. Working closely with our passionate teams, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of various projects and initiatives, all while developing essential skills for your future career. This position is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of business operations in a fast paced and ever changing FinTech Start Up world.

  • Business Management: Aid in team oversight, team building, problem-solving, and plan implementation.
  • Sales Assistance: Drive sales efforts by overseeing deals, conducting research, and implementing strategies to support business growth.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Data entry, file management, scheduling, customer service, order processing & website maintenance.
  • Budget Management: Support in budget tracking and management, including monitoring expenses and reconciling invoices.
  • Process Development: Contribute to developing and implementing business processes and systems to streamline workflows.
  • Project Management: Collaborate on projects, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct data entry, data collection, research and analysis to support decision-making and company growth.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts and successful project execution.
