Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and delivering a best in class candidate experience by coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate records. This role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers while assisting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks and providing essential support for successful onboarding and recruitment initiatives.
The core parts of your role will be to:
- Posting Job Openings: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, career sites, and internal platforms.
- Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and availability on both sides.
- Offer Letter Creation: Drafting, reviewing, and sending offer letters to successful candidates, ensuring all necessary information is included
- Supporting Recruiters: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners or recruiters to assist in sourcing candidates and maintaining pipelines for various roles.
- Onboarding Support: Assisting with onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinating Pre-employment Checks: Help facilitate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
- Support internal mobility initiatives: drafting letters for internal movements, promotions, and ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Job Fair and Event Support: Help plan and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring initiatives to represent the company and source talent.
- Performs other duties and competencies as assigned.
Qualifications

This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:
- A certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, or administrative support, ideally within a fast-paced environment. The ability to communicate in French is considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- The ability to communicate in French is preferred
