In this role, no two days are the same. You’ll be the bridge between talent and opportunity, bringing a fresh, innovative approach to how we attract and retain the best in the business.

We are looking for this person to work a hybrid model out of our Mississauga, ON Office 1-2 days per week. 

What You’ll Do (Your Blueprint for Growth)

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for both hourly manufacturing roles and salaried corporate positions, maintaining rigorous attention to detail at every step of the process.

  • Relationship Architect: Build deep, trust-based partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams—acting as a true Talent Advisor rather than just a order-taker.

  • Hourly Staffing Engine: Execute high-volume, high-touch hourly recruiting for our manufacturing facilities, keeping our supply chain powered and operating smoothly.

  • Strategic Partnering: Facilitate dynamic kickoff meetings, challenge status-quo thinking, and present diverse candidate slates that push our business forward.

  • Candidate Champion: Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from initial touchpoint to offer accepted.

  • Process Innovator: Lead talent-related process improvements, streamline Canadian hiring workflows, and partner with TA Coordinators and vendors to boost efficiency and reporting accuracy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Your Skills & Credentials)

  • Bilingual Mastery: Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and French (a must for supporting our full Canadian footprint).

  • Manufacturing & Hourly Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience navigating full-cycle hourly recruitment within a fast-moving supply chain or manufacturing environment.

  • Meticulous Eye for Detail: A proactive, detail-oriented approach where nothing slips through the cracks—from candidate tracking to compliance.

  • Relationship-First Mindset: A genuine passion for networking, active listening, and collaborating across diverse teams.

  • Recruiting Foundation: 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience handling high-volume requisitions for both hourly and salaried positions.

  • Tech-Savvy: Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience is a major plus!).

  • Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of Canadian employment laws and labor practices.

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $82,600.00 - $103,300.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.
