Contributes to the delivery of consistent and innovative activation solutions in support of brand, partnership/sponsorship and marketing initiatives. Participates in the identification of appropriate activation program(s) and ensures standard activation platforms are implemented. Develops and manages the events calendar, and prepares and maintains critical paths and timelines to ensure projects achieve business objectives. Works with multiple stakeholders and maintains cross-functional relationships.

Note this is a contract opportunity - up to 12 months.

  • Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the strategy & stakeholder needs.

  • Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.

  • Ensures alignment between stakeholders.

  • Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.

  • Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.

  • Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.

  • Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.

  • Coordinates budgets and reporting to track actual results vs budget.

  • Participates in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processes.

  • Supports the development and promotion of a business/group program.

  • Works with internal business/group on the development and coordination of partnership execution.

  • Manages the coordination and execution of logistical details for assigned activations.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal/external partners to include vendors and suppliers.

  • Supports vendor payment, tracking and reporting on budget.

  • Prepares, manages and tracks project budgets for assigned activations.

  • Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.

  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.

Qualifications:

  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.

  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

  • Bilingual in French & English is a requirement.

  • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.

  • Influence skills - In-depth.

  • Data driven decision making - In-depth.

Salary:

$54,500.00 - $101,500.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
