Job Description

In this position, you will use your strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to respond to incoming calls, texts and emails; answer questions; build rapport; and resolve issues in a timely manner for a streaming account.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Hebrew and English
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to learn quickly, to thrive under pressure and to be flexible in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, accountable and goal oriented
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Technical support experience and a background working with CRM applications are a plus
