Bilingual Customer Service Representative
(Onsite – Toronto)
Contract-to-Hire | $25.50/hour | 24/7 Shift Rotation
We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a large national call centre in Toronto. In this role, you will handle phone and email inquiries related to building maintenance and specialized services, delivering high-quality support to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with comprehensive training and shift rotation across mornings, afternoons, and nights and weekends.
Shift Details
Shift duration: 8 hours (30-minute unpaid break)
Shift Timings:
Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Training: 6–8 weeks (day shift)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails related to service requests, inquiries, and complaints
Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed notes
Resolve customer issues professionally, including complex and escalated cases
Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
Process and manage service requests and communications
Deliver exceptional customer service through clear written and verbal communication
Manage call flow independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Adhere to organizational policies and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a high-volume call centre environment
Enhanced Reliability Clearance required
