We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and insights
  • Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT)
  • Present findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visual storytelling
  • Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency
  • Evaluate business performance and recommend strategic actions
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling (in some roles)

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Intelligence, or related field
  • Experience analyzing large financial and accounting datasets
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics for financial data
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience with variance, trend, KPI analysis, and forecasting
  • Ability to provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of automation and reporting optimization
