Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Position Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain rapport with customers over phone and email.

  • Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.

  • Maintain low portfolio aging by working with customers to resolve reasons for overdue payments.

  • Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Prior call center experience / bookkeeping a plus.
