Our people are our greatest asset! As a Bilingual (French) Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll work with Uline customers to resolve account issues and deliver legendary customer support!

Position Responsibilities

• Handle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.

• Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.

• Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.

• Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.

• At least one year of collections and call center experience an asset, but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we’ll train you!

• Experience in reconciling accounts.
