What You'll Do
As a trusted talent advisor, you will:
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies that attract top talent and promote diverse candidate pipelines.
- Support hiring across multiple Canadian provinces, serving as a recruiting expert in both English and French.
- Build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate communication.
- Deliver an exceptional hiring manager experience by leading intake meetings, interview calibrations, and selection discussions.
- Create a positive candidate experience that reflects Lineage's values and employer brand.
- Leverage recruiting data and performance metrics to drive results and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Represent Lineage at virtual and in-person networking events, career fairs, and talent attraction initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.*
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Experience working with an ATS, CRM, or recruiting technology platform (Workday experience preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Self-motivated and highly accountable, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 10% and work occasional flexible hours as business needs require.

Pay Range:$60,900.00 - $95,200.00
