The B2B Sales Representative will drive growth in L’Occitane's hospitality market by utilizing sales techniques to identify leads, build client relationships, deliver impactful presentations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets, all while collaborating across teams to ensure success.
JOB SUMMARY:
The overall responsibilities of the B2B sales representative will be to support the growth and development of L’Occitane hospitality market share in North America with focus in Canada. The right candidate should be excited by sales and growth, detail oriented and a proactive team player. She/He will be responsible for growing the B2B business in line with the L’Occitane brand vision and being a champion for these partners among internal and external stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize various sales techniques to identify and assess potential leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, using a consultative sales approach to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Identify new prospective partners with a defined profile for L’Occitane.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value of L’Occitane products and services.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts, working with the client to address any objections or concerns.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations.
- Utilize CRM to track and manage sales activities, including prospecting, follow-up, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales quota objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE:
- B2B sales preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience with consumer products (especially beauty or luxury products) strongly preferred.
- History of success working within an individual and team environment.
SKILLS:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability and desire to prospect.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create rapport.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available from Monday to Friday
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including travel to NY office, and business partners within Canada.
