This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit net new AWS partners with a focus on expanding ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) while maintaining a high level of NRR (Net Revenue Retention).
  • Identify new SMB opportunities while supporting partners in positioning AWS solutions.
  • Drive AWS Services opportunities focused on assessments, migrations and AI workloads.
  • Present Ingram's value proposition to customers, identify and discover customer needs, and qualify and track CRM opportunities.
  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Participation in events organized by the company, to attract customers as attendees to the event.
  • Achieve the assigned quarterly sales objectives and performance KPIs.

What you bring to the role:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing customer portfolios.
  • Experience in the sales cycles (orders, pipeline, CRM...)
  • Effective communication skills, Management skills, and priority planning.
  • Collaboration skills to work in a team (sales, pre-sales, operations, marketing...)
  • Fluency in French would be an asset.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is required.
  • AWS Certified AI Practitioner is an asset.
  • Technical understanding of cloud computing and AWS solutions is an asset.

The typical pay range for this role across Canada is $82,000 -92,000 TC (CAD) per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual starting base pay and includes commission across all of Canada for all roles. Individual base pay and commission within each range depends on various factors, including work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. This role is for an existing vacancy and will not use AI for screening applicants.
