In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales our AI enabled Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) offering across Canada, working in close collaboration with our national sales & application team, our global AMR solution center, and our channel partners, in alignment with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities and applying your application and industry segment knowledge.

This role is contributing to the growth of our AMR business and ensuring ABB Robotics captures a significant market share of the fast-growing mobile robot market, by establishing and supporting a strong network of AMR system integrators and supporting the local sales team with product and application expertise.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Live ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
Grow sales and market share of ABB’s AMR offering in Canada by leveraging a strong understanding of the Canadian market and its industry segments.
Identify, develop, coach, train, and support end users and AMR/system integrators across Canada, while providing AMR sales support to the local sales team.
Respond to and act on new business opportunities and sales leads in collaboration with the sales team; assess and qualify new opportunities.
Demonstrate strong technical expertise and product knowledge to build credibility, loyalty, and long‑term customer commitment.
Prepare customer proposals and work toward achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate closely with a highly experienced team of sales professionals and application specialists.
Maintain strong working relationships with the global AMR Solution Center and the factory in Spain to align future product development with Canadian market needs.

Qualifications for the role
Degree in a technical or commercial discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling to end users and system integrators.
Experience with AMRs, robotics automation, and their applications in Canadian manufacturing and logistics.
Strong understanding of customer processes across industries such as metal fabrication, automotive, logistics, food, and consumer goods.
Creative thinker with commercial focus, solid technical understanding, strong communication skills, and results orientation.
Ability to travel nationally across Canada and proficiency with Microsoft software and Salesforce

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $103,125 and 151,250 annually and is bonus eligible. This position is a new role.
