Job Description:
The Analytics, Insights and Artificial Intelligence function at TD is at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making and innovation across the organization. It harnesses advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to deliver actionable insights and enhance performance, while fostering innovation and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the enterprise analytics and AI vision for Wealth Advice and Governance & Controls (G&C), positioning data and AI as core drivers of business growth and transformation
- Build and scale a best-in-class AI and agentic ecosystem, driving reusable, high-impact solutions across the organization
- Architect and evolve a high-performing operating model enabling rapid, scalable delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping strategy through data-driven insights and AI capabilities
- Own the analytics and AI portfolio, translating priorities into a clear roadmap and influencing investment decisions
- Lead and develop a high-impact leadership team, building differentiated analytics and AI capabilities
- Deliver a results-driven analytics and AI strategy aligned to measurable outcomes
- Modernize and simplify the business intelligence ecosystem to unlock speed and insight
- Identify and unlock new sources of growth through advanced analytics and data-driven innovation
- Build a top-tier, inclusive talent bench fostering innovation and accountability
- Ensure strong governance, risk discipline, and regulatory alignment
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, AI, or data-driven strategy with enterprise-scale impact
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (data science, engineering, mathematics, business, or finance) preferred
- Demonstrated success operating at senior executive levels and influencing strategy
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Experience driving analytics or AI transformations in financial services, consulting, or complex industries
