MaintainX is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Sales and Revenue recruitment team as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner.

Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, your primary focus will be building pipelines, and managing all stages of our recruitment process. The ideal candidate would have proven experience sourcing candidates, partnering with the Hiring Managers and advising them on hiring best practices, compensation and talent planning.

What you’ll do:

  • Source and build pipelines of potential candidates for Sales roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria.
  • Investigate new ways to improve sourcing of qualified candidates, using creativity to develop other channels and tactics to fill your roles and increase company awareness.
  • Ensure data accuracy in Greenhouse (ATS) and record key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
  • Manage parts of the recruitment process: build pipelines, review and post job ads, source and screen applicants, set up/coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers, submit background checks, and other Talent administrative duties. 
  • Attend virtual/onsite job fairs while educating students on MaintainX and our roles. 
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by providing timely follow-ups and detailed feedback to candidates.
  • Work collaboratively and provide ad-hoc support to HR and Talent team members.


About you: 

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, either as an in-house or agency recruiter, ideally for a tech company or in a high-velocity environment.
  • You are known for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • You are persistent, collaborative and will go the extra mile to be successful.
  • Experience with ATS or recruitment platforms (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Effective communicator who enjoys networking with others
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling
