The Associate Systems Developer will support the team by automating and streamlining the setup of new Guidewire Cloud InsuranceSuite non-production environments. They will also contribute to developing and executing an automated regression test suite for Guidewire PolicyCenter using Selenium. This role involves close collaboration with team members, providing support and actively participating in key technical initiatives.
Technologies you have experience with:
- Java (required)
- Automation (nice to have)
- Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter (nice to have)
- Supporting the team in various responsibilities including estimating assigned tasks, completing status reports, and creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Participating in the design and execution of program coding to implement features of small to medium complexity.
- Learning relevant Information Technology (IT) standards, methodologies, processes and tools and contributing to project reviews.

- You have 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- You have completed post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.

Salary information
Expected salary range $50,280 to $83,800
Salary placement
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Incentive/Variable pay
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
