What We Need
We are looking for an Associate Strategic Advisor who will play a critical part in supporting Element’s profitable growth through the timely completion of high-quality credit underwriting and portfolio management duties.

As an Associate Strategic Advisor, you will be responsible for creating high impact value-added technical and analytical support to clients and grow existing relationships aided by supervisor or Sr. Consultant. You will support Sr. Consultant to identify opportunities that improve client performance through analytic support to identify and recommend cost saving opportunities.
A Day in the Life
- Supports senior consultants and/or manager with clients
- Manages client relationships but for smaller (typically under 500 unit) fleets
- Assist in making meaningful recommendations by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, and determining the appropriate course of action
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of standardized client presentations and participate in training as required
- Maintain regular interaction with Element’s Account Teams to proactively identify opportunities for savings and/or process improvement.
Requirements
- Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or other business-related curriculum, required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a business-related role
- Strong math skills and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Experience with financial analysis and ability to interpret of financial models;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Working knowledge in data visualization tools (Tableau, ClickView, Spotfire, Power BI) is an asset
The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 - $93,840 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
