The Impact of Associate Solution Architect Coupa:

Our Professional Services Teams work closely with Coupa Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our customers.
As experts in Purchase to Pay processes, your main goal is to support the design, implementation and deployment of our products, to deliver best practice solutions and to ensure customer success, all while driving efficiencies and improvements.
You will work across several Coupa modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses and Analytics.
What You'll Do:
- Leading the implementation design with customers and supporting external implementation partners as a subject matter expert
- Advising customers on Coupa best practices, using industry knowledge to ensure the best possible functional design is implemented
- Leading and supporting customer design workshops to guide customers through the implementation journey
- Supporting design reviews and collaborating with Product Management on the strategic direction of the product
- Managing customers where up to 25% of your time may include travel
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Project Delivery: Execute assigned project deliverables with high quality and timeliness, often under the guidance of a senior team member.
- Procurement Knowledge: Articulate key Procurement Solutions and demonstrate a foundational understanding of associated business processes (e.g. Source to Pay). In addition, experience within Sourcing, Category Management and Contract Management would be advantageous.
- Client Engagement: Act with professional etiquette and proactivity in all client communications, ensuring alignment with the overall project team message.
- Implementation: Configure and deliver software. Lead product implementation efforts by following established methodologies.
- Consulting Discipline: Adhere to time management rigor and foundational consulting discipline (timecards, expense reports, etc.).
- Growth Mindset: Proactively seek mentorship and learning opportunities to build expertise and take ownership of established career goals.
- Collaboration: Contribute positively to team culture by respecting diverse perspectives and cultivating strong self-awareness.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (consulting, procurement, product implementation preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), foundational presentation skills, and an openness to travel.
