Job Requirements

- Hands-on experience managing or running payroll at a US-based organization, with a strong understanding of payroll workflows, compliance, and pain points.
- A desire to leverage your payroll expertise in a new and exciting career path.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to overcoming challenges.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value and building trust.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-driven mentality.
- Previous Sales, Account Management, or Sales Engineering experience is a plus, but is not required for this role!
- Preferred qualifications include recognized certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), or related HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR.
