About the team
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for talent with around 5 years of experience, looking to grow and expand your skillset in the fintech industry. You can be a part of the changing landscape by building the next generation of B2B mortgage software solutions. The team is expanding and looking for smart, technical and eager self-motivators.
 
What you’ll be doing
-Collaborate with team members in the design of lending solutions by providing business context and requirements, user stories and domain expertise
-You will contribute to the development and maintenance of product related documents including solution documents, product specifications and test plans as well as sales collateral
-You will research and analyze industry data, track trends/ variances and observations to provide market, competitive and product intelligence
-You will work collaboratively with key cross-functional departments, including sales and development among others to facilitate implementation of new products and future product releases
-You will provide sales support, including preparation and delivery of product collateral and client presentations
-You will complete product testing to ensure functionality meets specifications
 
Who we’re looking for
-Approximately 5 years of experience within the financial services and/or mortgage industry.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage short timeframes to deliver technical solutions in a growing organizational environment
-Proven methodical thinking and problem-solving skills and pragmatic when needed
-Are open and adaptable, looking for a challenge and passionate about the role with determination to become an expert in our domain
-Flexibility to be responsive to client and internal needs, willingness to travel to client sites at short notice and the determination to get the job done
-The desire to build a foundation with a growing fintech company
-The skills to work well within a team and also independently.
 
You have a background in
-Experience in requirements definition and / or software quality assurance
-UI/UX Design of lending software products as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or Product Analyst
-Implementing and / or supporting large scale lending software solutions
-Business tools such as Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Powerpoint, Figma and Flow charting
