The Associate Product Manager on Guidepoint’s Product team will support the AI Team’s execution of the product roadmapThis role requires a highly motivated self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively. You will engage with senior product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience across the product lifecycle and directly impacting project execution. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the product management discipline while contributing to meaningful outcomes.

By collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, the team drives the development of intuitive tools and features that empower our clients and internal teams to achieve success efficiently. 

This position is hybrid out of our Toronto office 

What You'll Do: 

  • Assist in the documentation and development of product features by collaborating cross-functionally to define the feature’s details.  
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to manage the product backlog including writing and prioritizing stories as well as defining and maintaining the product roadmap. 
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and understand customer needs to inform product decisions. 
  • Drive projects forward by managing feature roll outs, ensuring stakeholder communication and developing updated materials 
  • Manage internal reporting to ensure product managers have the most accurate data in a timely manner 
  • Collect, synthesize, and act on feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance the product. 
  • Identify and managing dependencies and identifying mitigation opportunities 
  • Monitor and report on product performance, using data to identify opportunities for improvement. 

What you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role (internships or full-time). 
  • Experience working on AI products is a plus.  
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and other product feature experiments. 
  • Familiarity working in a product led organization. 
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • A user-first approach with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar). 
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus. 
  • Experience with quarterly planning 
  • Creative thinker
