Generate effective load plan that will yield high OEE and high equipment efficiency.
Monitor daily start schedule and ensure that it is align to machine/tooling capacity & limitation.
Validate capacity declared versus actual performance of manufacturing
Review weekly commit and highlight should there be any issue supporting the customer requirement/metrics.
Responsible in assessing current week volume upside/pull ins / expedites.
Active team member of Daily Cell Huddle
Provide the following information to Operations Group:
o Daily die inventory (WIP + die avail) and in-transit information / unloaded dice.
o Hot lots / Lines down / Critical Lots
o Daily loading plan and capacity utilization
o WIP build up inventory / WIP Surge / WIP Bubble
o Potential issue that may affect the cycle time / OTD / shipment goal
Support manufacturing in cycle time reduction.
Pro-actively communicate to internal customer any potential issue in eWB (OTD) and delinquencies.
Provide look ahead and analyze incoming inventory (at least 2 weeks demand) that will cause potential line issues.
Assess manufacturing work schedule based on die availability and critical requirements.
Provide daily monitoring of output for critical products/area.
Coordinates with the concerned groups (e.g. Mfg Staff, IE, CV CSR, Scm , Eng’g , Purchasing, Staff/Mgt) any issues that impacts loading.
Responsible for obtaining accurate reports of manufacturing indices (eWB, Delinquency, WIP Situation)
Responsible to update Planning Profile

Performs other function as may be assigned from time to time by superiors.
